The
Early Registry

Welcome to the official website for the Evaluation of Upper Gastrointestinal Tract Surveillance in Individuals with Lynch Syndrome (EARLY) study.

This international, multicenter research initiative is dedicated to evaluating the effectiveness of regular surveillance endoscopies compared to symptom-triggered endoscopic examinations for patients with Lynch syndrome. Our mission is to advance the understanding and management of upper gastrointestinal (GI) cancers in individuals affected by this genetic condition.

On this site, we offer information for both healthcare professionals and patients. For further inquiries, please feel free to reach out.
